The Bordeaux Métropole Marathon is open to all riders, beginners, confirmed or professionals. The Marathon event is open to all riders born in 1998 and before (20 years in 2018). The Half Marathon Relay event is open to all riders born in 2000 and before (18 years in 2018). The Marathon Relay event is open to all riders born in 2002 and before (16 years in 2018). FFA Licensees (with the exception of the "Athletic Discovery" and "Athletic Health / Recreation" licenses), FFTRI, FGTW Athletes, FSCF Athletes, UFOLEP Athletes, FFSU, FFCO, SWOT, will be required to provide the organization with a copy of their license 2018 bearing the certificate of the issue of a medical certificate. Non-licensees of these federations will have to send a medical certificate of non-cons-indication to the practice of running in competition, dating from less than a year to the day of the race.

FFTRI, FSGT athlete, FSCF athlete, UFOLEP athlé,, FFSU, FFCO, FFPM, will have to hand in their certificates to all the non-licensees of the FFA (except the licenses "athlete discovery" and "athlete health / medical service when the bibs are removed.
The start of the 2 races will be given at the same time to 20h00 on the Place de la Bourse. The finish will be held on Stock Exchange Square as well

Physiotherapists and chiropodists await you in the riders zone at the end of the race for the Marathon runners and relay runners.
You have a maximum time of 6 h to complete the marathon route to the finish line. If you participate in the half marathon, you have the maximum time from 3 h to complete the course to the finish line.
Any commitment is personal, firm and final and can not be reimbursed for any reason whatsoever. No transfer of registration is allowed for any reason. Any person surrendering his bib to a third person, will be recognized responsible in case of accident occurred or caused by it during the event. Nevertheless, if during your registration, you are mistaken, you must send an email within 48 hours after registration to claim the change (marathon or half marathon). Up to 31 / 01 / 2018 possibility to change race (go from semi to marathon or vice versa) = 5 € fee in addition to the possible price difference.
Toilets will be made available at the departure and arrival areas, at the relay points and at the refueling and sponging points.
The results will be available at the Village Marathon and on the website www.marathondebordeauxmetropole.com as and shortly after the end of each race.
Your race will be immortalized by photos via FinisherPix and a diploma will be available for download.
